Terms and Conditions

Scope of Agreement:
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made with SUKA ART CO, whether domestic or international.

Acceptance of Final Works:
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the completion of the artwork is considered final upon receiving the last revision or completed work via email. Any revisions made prior to the final approval are subject to the terms outlined in this
agreement.

Approval Responsibility:
The customer holds sole responsibility for reviewing and approving the final product. SUKA ART CO will provide the buyer with the opportunity to request revisions before finalization. Once the customer approves the final version, the sale is considered complete.

Finalization and No Refunds:

Upon the customer’s approval, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or additional revisions will be accepted after the buyer has given their approval. It is crucial for the purchaser to thoroughly review the final product and communicate any concerns or requested changes before providing approval.

Communication and Revisions:

SUKA ART CO is committed to providing a satisfactory experience. The customer is encouraged to communicate any desired revisions during the review process. However, once the final approval is received, the artwork is deemed complete, and no further alterations will be made.

Delivery Timeframes:

SUKA ART CO will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon delivery timeframes. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers or customs procedures for international orders, are not the responsibility of SUKA ART CO.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as a means of dispute resolution.

Order Initiation:

To commence any order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is necessary to secure the buyer’s commitment to the order and initiate the creation process.

Final Payment:

Full payment must be made within 7 days of the completion date of the order. Failure to make the final payment within this timeframe may result in consequences outlined in subsequent sections of this agreement.

Shipping Costs:

All shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges related to the transportation of the purchased artwork.

Insurance:

If the buyer requires insurance for their shipment, it is available as an additional extra charge based on the carrier’s insurance rate. The buyer is responsible for covering this cost if they choose to add insurance to their shipment.

Tracking Information:

Upon shipment, all relevant tracking information will be promptly emailed to the buyer to facilitate the tracking of their order in transit.

Claims and Communication:

In the event of any shipping-related issues or damages, the buyer is responsible for communicating directly with the shipping company. Any claims and necessary supporting documentation must be submitted by the buyer to the shipping company.

Buyer-Organized Shipping:

Should the buyer wish to organize their own shipping, they may do so at their own risk. SUKA ART CO will not be held responsible for any issues or damages that may occur during the buyer-organized shipping process.

Forfeiture Due to Non-Payment:

If the remaining 50% of the outstanding balance is not paid within one calendar month after the completion date, the order will be automatically forfeited. In such cases, SUKA ART CO reserves the right to dispose of the artwork to cover losses incurred.
By proceeding with an order at SUKA ART CO, the customer affirms their understanding and acceptance of these additional terms related to payments, shipping, and forfeiture policies. SUKA ART CO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with any changes being effective upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for updates.
